Liz oversees the overall direction of Clean Copack, guides brand strategy, innovation pipeline, marketing, and is responsible for the company’s tech needs. She created the first certified organic bar, BumbleBar, and has formulated a number of award-winning products for the BumbleBar brand and Clean Copack’s clients. When she is not dreaming up new ideas or downloading the latest app, Liz enjoys being active with her family and friends, cooking healthy food (no surprise), camping, and reading.
Glenn oversees the overall direction of the organization and leads the development of long- and short-term strategies. Glenn has served in leadership roles at a number of organizations as well as broke numerous sales records. Glenn earned his B.A. in Social Science with an emphasis in Economics and a minor in German from San Diego State University. He serves on the board of Oregon Tilth, a leading certifier for organic agriculture. Glenn loves to spend time with his family and fly fish.
Jim manages purchasing, scheduling, shipping/receiving, food safety, and all audits for Clean Copack. He holds a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Idaho and is currently working on his B.S. in Accounting. Jim’s certifications include Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), HACCP, and IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Jim helps clients stay in stock, and provide their customers with bars. He enjoys playing poker, reading, and watching math and physics-related shows.
Jake leads Clean Copack’s Quality Food Safety programs and is responsible for all aspects of third-party audits to maintain Clean Copack’s certifications. He holds a B.S. in Food Science from Washington State University and brings experience working with environmental monitoring, HACCP, and Preventative Controls. Jake's certifications include Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), HACCP, and Food Defense. He spends his free time outdoors with his family, exploring the beautiful Inland Northwest.
